At Utrechtse Mode, operated by eTail Holdings LLC, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience for all customers.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may be processed the following business day
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended
  • If there is a significant delay, you will be notified by email

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • 5–10 business days after shipment

Total estimated delivery time:

  • 6–13 business days (processing + shipping)

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. customs, carrier delays, weather)

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders
  • No minimum purchase required

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number
  • Tracking will become active within 24–48 hours
  • You can track your order at any time using the provided link

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers in the United States and select international locations.

If your country is not available at checkout, we unfortunately do not ship there at this time.


6. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur.

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe:


7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  • You are eligible for either a free replacement or a full refund
  • Please contact us so we can resolve the issue promptly

8. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Include a photo of the damaged item for faster processing

We will provide:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund if a replacement is not suitable

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

If you notice an error, contact us immediately.


10. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority

11. Risk of Loss

All orders are handled with care. If an issue occurs during transit, we will work with you to resolve it through replacement or refund.
